What does Eeshaan do?

Technical Services

Eeshaan has been in the field of engineering since 1990. Industrial automation with PLCs and various control equipment were its primary business until 1995, when it entered into the field of providing services for erection, commissioning and maintenance of sophisticated equipment, involving mechanical, electrical, electronics, computers and embedded software.

These services have no bar on location as Eeshaan is willing to provide the same at any corner of India or the world.

Services – Erection and Commissioning

Installation, erection and commissioning is handled on a turnkey basis. We handle the loading, transport and unloading of the equipment at the site.

Eeshaan then helps the manufacturer in erecting the machines and then assists in the entire process of commissioning, trials etc up to the final acceptance by the client.

Services – Data Acquisition and Feedback

Eeshaan also undertakes to provide services for data acquisition on the running parameters of the equipment and give a feedback to the manufacturer. This way Eeshaan ensures trouble free running as well as a complete database preparation for the study of the manufacturer. This gives the manufacturer a leverage to improvise and innovate on his equipment.
 

Services – Maintenance & After Sales Service

Eeshaan looks after maintenance of the equipment during and after the warranty period. We are responsible for the preventive maintenance, day to day problem rectification and even machine overhauling. On call and break down maintenance is also provided.

Services - Project Management:

In a situation where a lot of equipment of various types is to be managed or the installation is to be in phases or the integration of various equipment is under consideration, Eeshaan can prove useful in managing the project on behalf of the manufacturers or the client. Responsibility for the entire management from receipt of the equipment at the site to the final acceptance by the client can be taken by Eeshaan.

Services – Training and Manual making:

By virtue of employing personnel with vast experience and profound knowledge of their respective professions as well as being proficient in the English language, preparation of documents related to projects undertaken comes easily to Eeshaan. Preparation of operation manuals for various machines in the projects undertaken is an integral part of Eeshaan’s job. Imparting training for operation and maintenance of machines erected is another elaborate but important job that Eeshaan undertakes on the manufacturer’s behalf.

Services – Utilities

To a certain extent in a large project, Eeshaan also contributes its expertise in consultation with project consultants, if any, on the design, supply, erection and commissioning of small to medium utilities. This may include Constituents of electric substations like circuit breakers, transformers, conductors, cables, panels, meters etc, Electrode Boilers up to certain capacities, Storage systems, Fire alarm systems, Chemicals for certain effluent treatment plants, Special fabrication jobs etc.
